Some products sold directly by Aplico Hill and covered under a manufacturer Warranty and Repairs have the option of being repaired by a third-party repair service provider, who the manufacturer authorizes to repair their products.
Normally the warranty period of our products is one year. But if the client needs a longer time we can extend the warranty period by making an agreement. Within the Warranty period, we offer repair services as well as return and exchange services. But not for the damages by force majeure or human error. According to the products, we will offer a certain amount of damageable spare parts within the warranty and repair service.
Manufacturer warranty coverage
Manufacturer warranties may not apply in all cases. This will depend on factors like the use of the product, where the product was purchased, or from whom you purchased the product.

If the tools do not resolve the issue and your product is eligible, we will schedule an authorized technician to perform an in-home repair. The third-party repair service provider works directly with you to repair your product. Aplico Hill does not perform any repairs.
